Your Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Designs processes and CNC based programs for machines to create physical objects (i.e. parts, work pieces, tools, racks, etc) from virtual (CAD) data, in production and quality assurance area.
  
• Execute programming or program documentation, maintenance, optimization for new parts or work pieces, for a variety of processing machines.
  
• Elaborate concepts for optimizing the product quality and economics in the tooling process (including process analyses, evaluation, development of a target concept and implementation).
  
• Support or participate in the selection of machines, tool tests and preparation of invest decisions in cooperation with Engineers and accountable management.
  
• Provide support for optimized tooling workflow, or support CNC Operations Technicians or Machine Operators to use machines or programs effectively.
  
• Coordinate new development of machining and correction procedures and supervise implementation in production, if required.

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience
    
    
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    
    • 
      
    • BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred), related degree or equivalent experience.
