based in one of our Springfield facilities. This position will
provide maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to facility units

Life Insurance Compensation: $26 - $40 hourly DOE Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot any existing malfunctions or issues with
existing units - Implement periodic maintenance to guarantee the
proper and secure operation of systems - Execute on-site preventive
maintenance, regular repair, and calibration - Keep an inventory of
parts and materials necessary for maintenance - Ensure systems
function optimally and safely with regular upkeep - Quickly and
capably address any emergency repairs - Basic controls and BAS
familiarity - VFD interaction and diagnostics - Experience in
high-heat, industrial manufacturing environments - Preventive
maintenance execution - This position is safety sensitive
Qualifications: - 5 years industrial HVAC experience (manufacturing
or heavy commercial) - Strong troubleshooting of rooftop units,
makeup air units, and exhaust systems - Experience with chilled
water / hot water systems (basic to intermediate) - Familiarity
with air dryers and compressed air support equipment - EPA 608
Certification (Universal preferred) - Ability to diagnose airflow,
temperature imbalance, and humidity issues - Comfortable working at
height using lifts and man-lifts - Ability to work with other
