Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Position Details: Incentives: - New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus - 1-2 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000 - 3-4 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000 - 5 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000 - Education Assistance: - Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses - Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year - $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only - Weekend Differential - Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am - Weekend Option Days: WEO rates weekend differential - Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates weekend differential straight night shift differential - New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN - Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance - PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only - Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. - Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. - Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. - Physical requirements/demands: - Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis - Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift - Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Surgical Trauma "3A" is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are: Days 5:1, Nights 6:1.
