Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details: UP TO $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE NO CONTRACT Incentives: New Grad $5,000 Sign On Bonus 1-2 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $13,000 3-4 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $15,000 5 years’ RN experience Sign On Bonus $20,000 Education Assistance: Up to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nurses Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year Weekend Differential Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am Weekend Option Days: WEO rates weekend differential Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates weekend differential straight night shift differential New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance Employer-Matched Retirement Funds Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire. Physical requirements/demands: Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties Unit Information: 7D- Med Tele- Join us and explore a world of opportunities and experiences as we manage complex diagnoses and patient needs. Our patients present with multi-system needs, including chest pain, heart failure, dysrhythmias, sepsis, infectious disease, wound management, pneumonia, COPD, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions and more. We also care for patients requiring surgical interventions such as cath lab procedures, angiograms, EGD, colonoscopy, and anticoagulation therapies. Why Mercy?
