Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Springdale, AR for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store inventory, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additional duties include, maintaining store safety and cleanliness, and facilitating effective communication with team members and customers. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Effective Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Experience in the construction materials industry is beneficial Industry Wholesale Building Materials Employment Type Full-time
