We're growing our teams and business in our newly acquired manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma. This former pet treats factory, bordering Kansas and Missouri-sitting just over an hour away from Tulsa, OK and Springfield, MO-was selected for its current and future pet treats production capabilities and shared commitment to quality and safety. We're bringing industry-leading knowledge and experience to this venture as we expand our in-house capabilities for dog and cat treat innovation and production. Are you up for the challenge?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.The physical location for this position will be at our Miami, OK facility.Position SummaryAs the Maintenance Coordinator, you will maintain the purchasing functions for stock, non-stock, consumable, and specialized parts for the Maintenance and Production teams. You will be responsible for purchasing all CAPEX and other manufacturing-related purchasing, as well as maintaining minimum stock levels and inventory in the storeroom. You'll also manage new and existing vendor relationships.Order stock, non-stock and special parts for Maintenance, CAPEX, and other groupsProcess, print, and review all purchase orders, expediting as requiredAid in cost control by compiling maintenance management costs, adhering to competitive bidding practices, and identifying opportunities for parts standardizationInventory and reconcile parts, investigating any variancesReport on storeroom metrics including out of stock, overmax, inventory accuracy, etc.Utilize SAP for the majority of functions including setting up new parts, issuing purchase orders, reviewing inventory, etc.Support Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Technicians in parts staging and kits for preventative maintenanceRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent1+ year experience in maintenance procurement, supply chain, inventory control in a manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or military environmentSAP experience requiredThe approximate pay range for this position is $42,000 to $63,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
