We are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Trainee to join our team!
This is a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in HVAC.
This is a 90-day, full time, -paid training program -located in
Springdale, Arkansas starting March 20th! Paschal will reimburse
drive time over 45 minutes. Upon completion of the program, you
will -return to Missouri -and work as a -HVAC -Maintenance Tech at
our Carthage or Joplin location!Click for a behind the scenes look

location. Whether you are in - AR, MO, or TX you will have a team
to support you.What you'll be doing: -
Learn how to perform maintenance and
repair tasks on heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems
for customers. - This will include both technical and customer
service skills.Attend daily training with the training supervisor
both in classroom and on jobsites.Learn to perform routine
maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment such as checking refrigerant
systems, electrical components, replacing filters, cleaning system
components, basic trouble shooting.Utilize a variety of hand tools,
power tools, and industry specific equipment such as refrigerant
gauges, electrical meters, torches, refrigerant recovery machines,
etc.Learn to evaluate performance of HVAC equipment.Learn to
correctly document all phases of work including work order notes,
invoice notes, truck stock sheets, checklists.Learn to effectively
use all software and technology Paschal uses for field
technicians.Learn the specific guideline that Paschal uses for
interacting with customers.Complete all work in a safe manner.
-Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver's
license and good driving record.Possess great mechanical
aptitude.Strong ability to read and understand technical
instructions.Ability to explain technical information to
customers.Computer Knowledge.Must be able to adapt to changing and
growing work environment.Must be clean, maintain a professional
appearance, and communicate well with customers.Excellent
communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.Be a
self-motivated team player.Detail oriented.Troubleshooting ability
