and happinessKey Responsibilities:Conduct and document monthly
head-to-toe assessments of each residential client in their
home.Maintain communication with agency management and the client's
support team.Accountability and documentation for Residential RN
functions each month.Complete Residential RN Orientation Training
and ongoing training as required by the Department of Mental Health
(DMH).Complete Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS) every 3
to 6 months for clients at risk of developing tardive dyskinesia
(TD).If assigned, complete Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST)
duties, including attending Individual Support Plan meetings for
residential clients.Assist Regional Director in responding to
reviews and audits as required by contractual guidelines.Education
and/or Experience Qualifications:Registered Nurse in the State of
Missouri.Additional Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written
communication skills.Positive attitude when working with
