Operator II

Follows all Owens Corning safety policies and procedures. Maintains control of line controls, collection chamber, oven, saws, dedust, bed & breakfast, RTO, Bates.Reports any problems to appropriate personnel and carries out emergency procedures. Ensures clean and orderly housekeeping in all assigned areas at all times Performs other tasks and duties within scope as necessary. Quality and precautionary measures to ensure quality mat.Read measurements, tape measure.Set saws, oven, crimper, etc.Communicate with other departments including leadership, scheduler, warehouse, Cupola, packaging, Reliability.Work SCADA: troubleshoot issues.Multi-task and work well with others.Documentation: Written & OnlineManage weightsSCADA for RTO (Computer Monitors), Bates (Safety Oriented)LTTHousekeepingJOB REQUIREMENTSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
• EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience and/or training in an industrial/manufacturing environment highly preferred.
  • Two year Associates degree in technical related field highly preferred
