Your Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Sets up, programs and/or operates machines for production as assigned, -makes adjustments to the inside and outside diameter of bearings, track locations, radius dimensions, track thickness, taper and adjust cycle times to production standards
  
• Sets up and / or programs the operating machine and checks accuracy and effectiveness in test sequences.
  
• Load parts onto machine and run production: - Randomly inspects parts for conformance to print specifications
  
• Operates the machines or supports Operators in operating the machines, and cooperates with maintenance staff, if necessary.
  
• Sets up gages and interpret prints, -Checks finished product/product component and submits for approval.
  
• Work 3rd shift 11pm to 7am, Sunday thru Thursday

  • Mechanical experience
    
    
    
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    
    • 
      
    • Two plus years experience operating complex plant metal turning equipment where set-up and routine troubleshooting have been required -
      
    • The equivalent formal 2 yr. technical education
      
    • Set up and operate machines

      • Pay Range: - $19.90 - $22.75, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential
        
      • New Hire bonus $1500 paid out in steps
