Please ensure the email provided on your application is checked regularly.** Overview: The Radiologic Technologist II works under the supervision of the Director, and is responsible for safe, and efficient operation of Radiology procedures related to the area. Supervises the activities of other personnel to direct patient flow, scheduling and training. Oversees Radiology and the maintenance of department supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the quality of services. Introduces and teaches new techniques to staff, and maintains environmental, infection control, and safety procedures for the department. Shift Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts per week, 7 a.m.-7p.m. and every 3rd weekend Qualifications:Education: Secondary and some post-secondary. Graduate of an accredited Radiological program with two years of previous experience.Licensure: ARRT in Radiography, or if new graduate registry eligible.Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire.Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required, and the Coordinator must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
