*Employment Type: *Independent Contractor (1099), Full Time, Remote (work from home position, but must live in the SW Missouri / NW Arkansas area)

*Earning Potential: * $60,000+ /year (based on behavior incentives + uncapped commissions)

Ozark Equity is a family-owned real estate investment company that focuses on buy & hold residential and multifamily real estate. At times we have anywhere from 2-10 different rehab or development projects going and we're looking for an experienced sales associate to perform as our Real Estate Acquisition Associate.

*WHAT YOU WILL DO: *

*Lead Management: *

* Answer/return/follow up on leads generated by our lead system, in a timely manner
* Make calls and drive neighborhoods to develop new leads
* Update the CRM daily with status and notes

*Client Relationship Management: *

* Act as the lead contact for the sellers
* Build strategic rapport and trust with potential clients
* Communicate efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner with all parties involved

*Contract Negotiation and Closing: *

* Schedule, conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties
* Develop solutions to overcome sellers' objections
* Close contracts in a timely manner

*Other: *

* Learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
* Attend business meetings and trainings as required
* Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

*THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL BE: *

* Strongly motivated financially
* Very entrepreneurial, dependable, ambitious, self-motivated, result driven, with a "can do attitude"
* Comfortable speaking with people (This is a must!) and provide outstanding customer service
* Comfortable with a variety of personalities
* A team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities and attitudes directly affect the bottom line

*AND WILL HAVE: *

* A High School diploma and/or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university;
* 3-5 years of sales closing experience (with a proven track record)
* Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
* Strong working knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
* Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
* The ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
* The ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* The ability to type and navigate on a computer all day
* A professional in attitude and appearance
* The possibility to occasionally work some nights and weekends
* The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* The ability to pass criminal background check
* The possibility to travel occasionally to the NW Arkansas, SW Missouri, Springfield area
