exciting pet food business at our Joplin, MO facility. Who is Red

Training Coordinator will be responsible for conducting and
maintaining the company's training and certification programs to
include hands on, classroom and recertification training.Principal
Accountabilities The Training Coordinator role is responsible for
the following: Ensure GMP's, Site Policies, and Global Policies are
adhered to at all time and train staff on adherence Ensure all
process reports and evaluations of training are completed correctly
and in a timely manner Maintain and ensure that the training
database is up to date with current training requirements and
certifications; requests recertifications before the date of
expiration Conduct training during new hire orientation Facilitate
good communication and planning with leads and managers to
transition new associates into their full-time role and shift
Giving and receiving constructive feedback, dealing with ambiguity,
Creativity, Self-development, Conflict Management and Priority
Setting are critical for this role Demonstrate a quality and safe
culture in actions, words, and spirit Provides analytical,
reporting, and miscellaneous support to management team Perform
other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Key
Functional Skills/Knowledge Basic computer skills for developing,
presenting, and updating training materials Superior written and
oral communication skills Ability to read and interpret documents
such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and
procedure manuals Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Mathematical skills to include add, subtract, multiply and divide
in all units of measurement Ability to lift, move, push, and pull
at least 50 pounds; ability to lift or carry items on a consistent
basis Ability to stand for long periods of time Twisting, bending,
climbing and ability to tolerate heights Manual dexterity
sufficient to reach/handle items Vision requirements of close and
distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception
and ability to adjust to focus Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out instructions furnished in any form
Problem solving abilities and ability to prioritize tasks
Demonstrated knowledge of all safety programs Be a team player and
drive a positive team atmosphere Wearing required personal
protective equipment as well as training and ensuring associates
wear their required PPE accurately Must be able to adapt to
temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust
dirt and chemicals Assist in development of performance-based
training program and provide feedback on associates within the
training program process Evaluate training effectiveness Teach,
coach, and assist with skills matrix Minimum Qualifications: Be 18
years of age or older Have a high school diploma, GED, or
equivalent education Must be willing and able to work and accept
varying shifts and schedules Ability to understand and effectively
communicate in the English language Working knowledge of Safety,
Quality and Material Management Systems and procedures Ability to
communicate to managers and team members any production,
quality/food safety or other business critical information vital to
operations and customer service Able to work with minimal
supervision Successful completion of a substance screening and
background check Must be able to obtain forklift and LOTO
certification and be a trainer for both 4+ years of manufacturing
experience operating a variety of machines Working Knowledge of
food safety, GMP, GHOP, HACCP, SPC Demonstrated competency in
computer and pc software including MS Office and email Knowledge of
inventory control principles and how the manufacturing processes
affect inventory Experience with JD Edwards Participate in
proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of
knowledge/skill Desire and willingness to promote the Red Collar
