Job Description:

As a Team Coordinator for the Joplin, MO office you will provide administrative support to our team members. This includes setting up and maintaining Smartsheet and Excel spreadsheets to track projects and financials, proofreading and reformatting documents in Word, setting up projects in our accounting software, Deltek Vision, and pulling reports. You may also facilitate internal meetings, answer incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and coordinate travel. Essentially, you will help our teams succeed!

You bring to the team:

* Strong communication skills * Ability to contribute and work well on a team * At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support position * Prior experience in a busy office environment with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently * Associates degree preferred * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel * Previous experience with Smartsheet preferred * Highly organized and detail oriented * Ability to support a variety of people and handle a variety of tasks daily * Strong interpersonal skills
