Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Ofrece el servicio a socios saludndolos, identificando sus necesidades, ubicando la mercanca, ayudndoles con las decisiones de mercadeo, ubicando la mercanca, resolviendo temas e inquietudes y promoviendo productos y servicios de la Compaa. Opera el hardware tal como cajas registradoras o equipos relacionados, procesa las compras de los socios y asiste en los pagos, devoluciones, reembolsos y cambios por medio de procedimientos apropiados para los diferentes tipos de socios y pagos. Proporciona productos y servicios de la Farmacia a los miembros de acuerdo con las polticas y los procedimientos de la Compaa ayudando con el proceso de los pedidos de medicamentos con prescripcin y de venta libre y almacenando y asegurando los insumos y la mercanca de la farmacia, introduciendo informacin o surtiendo recetas, y completando y guardando el papeleo, formularios y otra documentacin requerida. Recibe y tiene en existencia la mercanca en el rea de Farmacia y organiza y mantiene la Farmacia siguiendo las polticas y procedimientos de la Compaa, utilizando el equipo adecuadamente, haciendo mercadeo y llenando el papeleo, bitcoras y cualquier otra documentacin necesaria. Completa las prioridades y asignaciones de trabajo mediante polticas, datos y recursos; al colaborar con gerentes, compaeros, clientes y otros socios de negocios; al identificar prioridades, plazos y expectativas; al realizar las tareas; al comunicar el avance y la informacin; al determinar y recomendar formas de abordar las oportunidades de mejora; y al adaptarse y aprender de los cambios, dificultades y retroalimentacin. Cumple con las polticas, procedimientos y estndares de tica e integridad de la Compaa mediante la implementacin de planes de accin relacionados; utilizando la Poltica de Puertas Abiertas; y la aplicacin de stos en la ejecucin de las prcticas y procesos de negocio.
