Job Description:
Penmac -Staffing is now -hiring -an immediate -line cook -at a
local -hotel and -casino -in Oklahoma. - -Prepares food under the
direction -of the -chef. - -The ideal Candidate must be a team
player -and -be able to multitask quickly.
-Responsibilities:Assisting with stocking and setting up the
kitchen stationsPreparing food including cleaning and cutting the
ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and
snacks -Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's
guidanceWorking with servers to ensure that orders are completed
according to request and on timeWashing and cleaning the kitchen
and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
-Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet
food safety standards and regulations -Requirements:Excellent
communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and
problem-solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableObtain a
vendor license through the gaming commissionSubmit to a drug screen
