is available for an experienced NICU RN in Joplin, MO. This travel
position focuses on delivering exceptional care within a Level III
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The opportunity involves working
night shifts and offering critical support to vulnerable neonatal
patients while collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team.
Location: This opportunity is based in Joplin, Missouri, a vibrant

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal
patients in a 16-bed Level III NICU - Manage complex cases
involving bubble CPAP, high-flow oxygen, and high-risk deliveries -
Utilize GE equipment and document care in EPIC EMR system -
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support patient and
family needs - Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and
organizational skills - Maintain compliance with hospital protocols
including dress code and certification requirements Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required - Minimum 3 years of
experience in Level III or higher NICU - Current BLS (AHA) and NRP
certifications required; NIHSS preferred - Proficient with neonatal
critical care practices and technologies - Strong teamwork and
positive attitude essential - Flu vaccination required during
November 1April 1, unless client-approved exception - Ability to
float occasionally to mother/baby and pediatrics units as needed
Schedule: - Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Approximately 36 guaranteed hours per week - Weekend coverage
typically every other weekend - Call duties as required by facility
