Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an
accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to
Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or
ARC 2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant - Required
Current state license to practice Physical Therapy - Required Proof
of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license -
Required Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
