Job Description:
Find your calling at Mercy! The House Supervisor is responsible
for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care
departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient
workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services
that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor
role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities,
addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and
supportive environment. Position Details: Qualifications: -
Experience: A minimum of three years current inpatient hospital
experience. Critical Care experience is preferred - Required
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school - Preferred
Education: Advanced nursing education preferred - License: current
RN license in our state - Certifications: Certification in BLS,
ACLS, PALS, EKG and NRP. NIH within 60 days of hire and annually
ASLS education must be performed within 6 months of hire and a
minimum of every two years - Other: Ability to make sound
judgements and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Ability to
function under very stressful situations. Demonstrates the ability
to represent the organization in a positive and professional
manner. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Why
