Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. The LPN
will provide direct nursing care to residents, support clinical
operations, and work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and leadership
to ensure the highest standards of care. &Now offering a
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified LPNs. Provide direct nursing
care in accordance with resident care plans and physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly Document
care, treatments, and observations in the medical record Supervise
and support CNAs in daily care activities Respond to resident
needs, concerns, and emergencies Maintain compliance with state,
federal, and facility regulations Active LPN license in the State
of Arkansas Compassionate, resident-centered mindset Long-term care
experience preferred but not required Flexible availability
