nursing specialist who follows patients across the continuum of
care. The Navigator coordinates with an advanced level of clinical
expertise, all aspects of treatment and care for, and in
collaboration with, Mercy’s patients, their family and significant
others, physicians, interdisciplinary team, and other support
staff. Qualifications: - Experience: 2 years related experience -
Required Education: Graduate from an approved school of nursing -
Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science Nursing - Certifications:
RN (Registered nurse) licensed in state of practice. BLS (Basic
Life Support) is required within 30 days of hire is required. Why
