Job Description:
Seeking a full-time BE/BC Non-Invasive Cardiologist to lead the
Heart Failure Program for a well-established cardiology service in
Springfield, Missouri. Highlights: Join a growing team currently
with six interventional and non-interventional cardiologists, two
electrophysiologists, three CT Surgeons, and four vascular surgeons
Cardiology outpatient and heart failure clinics are attached via a
skywalk to the Hospital Cardiology is supported with 17 Cardiology
APPs providing outpatient support and 24/7 inpatient coverage This
group works from the main hospital of a hospital system No
traveling required Invasive Cardiologists perform over 4,700 cath
lab procedures annually, including a robust structural program This
position covers their outpatient/heart failure clinic and supports
our extensive cardiology program, performing and interpreting
non-invasive cardiac imaging, including echocardiography and
Nuclear Medicine This position will assist with weekday inpatient
coverage with 1:8 evening and weekend call for one hospital
Optional research and teaching opportunities with medical students
and residents Large referral network comprising 20 surrounding
