The Charge Registered Nurse will leverage theoretical principles to
guide decision-making in practice. This role involves assessing,
planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in alignment
with established nursing standards. Position Overview: Sign-On
Bonus Available for Experienced RNs $15,000 for Experienced RNs (No
Contract Required) This position employs the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. The Charge Nurse is accountable
for the care provided to assigned patients and assesses the
effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. This role also
involves coordinating patient care with various departments while
upholding patient rights and ensuring confidentiality.
Responsibilities are carried out in accordance with our mission,
values, and service standards. Our facility is a 25-bed hospital
dedicated to serving Carthage and its neighboring communities.
Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of 3 years of bedside nursing
experience is required. Education: Must have graduated from an
accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment, including compliance with all
state board of nursing regulations. Certifications: Must possess an
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a
course during the probationary period. ACLS and BLS certifications
are required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Why Join
