Job Description:
Join a busy, well-supported Acute Care Surgery (ACS) team that
values teamwork, autonomy and balance. We’re looking for a
part-time or full-time Acute Care Surgeon to help grow our
established EGS service in a Level II trauma setting. Why You’ll

metro trauma program Flexible scheduling: 7-20 shifts per month,
tailored to your preferred workload and lifestyle 12-hour primary
call shifts with 12-hour backup No ICU, Vascular or Elective
surgery responsibilities Strong APP, hospitalist and intensivist
support ensure efficient workflow Da Vinci DV5 and Xi available
(optional use) Epic EMR implementation in progress (go-live in Fall
2026) Collaborative group of general and ACS surgeons who value
clinical excellence and collegiality Your Role Manage Emergency
General Surgery (EGS) inpatients Perform urgent and emergent
general surgery cases Provide ER and inpatient surgical
consultations Conduct daytime outpatient follow-up clinics during
