Overview: The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Director, Manager and/or Clinical Supervisor and is responsible for the delivery of efficient, safe patient care through the use of the nursing process, hospital policies and procedures. In addition, the Registered Nurse works closely with and acts as clinical expert for other professional and ancillary nursing personnel. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program. Licensure: RN Registered Nurse in Missouri. Experience: Minimum of less than one year experience preferred. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS and NIH Stroke Scale prior to taking care of patients independently. TNCC and IABP Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, CRRT and Impella Training Within 1 year if hire. SAFE training as required. Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required, and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer and copy machine.
