The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and assessing
needs of patients and formulating treatment plans. Provides therapy
services defined in treatment plans, and works cooperatively with
physicians, case managers, and staff. In addition, the Physical
Therapist provides direction to Physical Therapy Assistants and

protocols and standards of practice. By evaluating the appropriate
documents, therapies, medications and patient responses to

Provides leadership by directing and coordinating assignments and
care given by team members based on staff competencies, experience
and scope of responsibility. Participates in the PI process and
identifying opportunities to improve patient care delivery,
including collecting data, monitoring and implementing changes.
Enhances the learning opportunities for other staff, and by
effectively contributing to the orientation of team members and

Education: Advanced graduate degree required from an accredited
Physcial Therapy program.
Licensure: Physical Therapist Missouri license
Experience: Previous successful Physical Therapy delivery is
Certifications: BLS Basic Life Support Within 3 Months Of Hire
Other: Excellent interpersonal, analytical and organizational
skills are required.
Preferred Experience: One to two years experience working as a
