OverviewThis position will be responsible for supporting engineering activities at the Joplin, Missouri facility as well as some development and implementation of projects from concept through start up. This position will support the development of annual capital budgets, maintain the 5 year capital plan and support plant continuous improvement projects, including safety, environmental, sustainability, and quality goals. The Manager of Engineering Services will develop and implement an energy and sustainability plan for the operations organization. This position will work closely with plant controllers and operations controller to provide consolidated capital project forecasting and accurate cash flow for operations capital planning. In addition, this position will provide CAD support to the engineering function at all plant sites. This is an all-inclusive engineering role that will provide administrative and engineering support of corporate operations goals and provide support to the plants and plant project engineers as needed.ResponsibilitiesPIadde7c0868ce-25660-35235542
