The Director, Product Specialists will be responsible for leading the Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) team globally. They will report directly to the dPCR General Manager and work cross-functionally with product management, product development and marketing to ensure effective implementation of global market strategy. By providing leadership to the TSS sales team, they will be in charge of growing market presence in digital PCR and winning new accounts.

• Expand Market Reach: Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
  
• Drive Sales performance: Set ambitious targets, implement and monitor performance metrics.
  
• Strengthen Customer Relationships: Nurture relationships with key clients and collaborators.
  
  Demonstrate outstanding leadership and sales management capabilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced business culture and ensure collaboration to achieve common goals.

• Implement commercial strategies to ensure achievement of the annual operating plan.
  
• Maintain robust forecasting processes and supervise sales results.
  
• Work closely with dPCR business functions to influence marketing and product development.
  
• Ensure comprehensive product knowledge is used to understand customer needs.
  
• Control expenses against pre-established budget.
  
• Attract, develop, and retain sales reps.
  
  How will you get there?
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  
• 10 years of effective sales experience.
  
• Experience leading sales teams and consistent sales achievement.
  
• Strategic problem solver with understanding of industry & markets.
  
• A confident communicator with leadership style enabling them to lead a culturally diverse team.

  Compensation and Benefits
  The salary range estimated for this position is $170,000.00-$240,000.00, which may also include a variable annual bonus based on performance results.
