• 401 (K) with generous company matchJob DetailsThe Continuous Improvement Manager (CI Manager) in Joplin, MO will be responsible for the following: Leading and managing the continuous improvement process for assigned plant(s). Building teams, develop, plan, and execute a holistic CI program and drive continuous improvement to include operations, maintenance, warehouse, supply chain, supply chain management, safety and quality assurance in a plant. Lead continuous improvement in all aspects of the facility by utilizing the tools, methodology, and processes of continuous improvement.Responsible for developing a formal TDC reduction program (culture & behaviors, definitions, project database and results tracking), driving loss reduction and cost savings, and introducing STPD and 5M5Y. Promoting and instructing Kaizen approach and techniques at all AFNA plants. Skills you need:
  • Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field from accredited school preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing and lean work environment.
