Position Description The Quality Systems Manager will take a leadership role in the verification and validation of the global Quality Management System in their assigned Refresco facility. In addition, they will assume direct responsibility for compliance with the Food Safety and Modernization Act and food production licensing, certifications, and registrations are current. Essential Functions:

• Overall corporate owner for EtQ and Infinity quality systems. Corporate owner will have direct communication with local site experts to ensure EtQ and Infinity are followed per corporate guidelines
• Owns project portfolio and drives alignment across the businesses mapping requirements to delivered solutions
• Work with internal customers in application support, design, development, test and implementation of EtQ Reliance modules
• Work with internal customers to ensure proper sku set up is implemented into Infinity Proficient before local plant access
• Assist in the design and delivery of new and/or improved systems functionality
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions for process improvements and estimate benefits to ensure standardization, simplification, and integration
• Drive efforts to refine business process improvements and the innovative use of integrated systems.
• Champion governance, alignment, and communication of Best Practice
• Provide second level support to key users for day-to-day problem resolution, including developing and executing occasional on-going training.
• Develop and maintain key user networks across regions, functional groups, business units, sites etc
• Lead projects through design, testing, and implementation of EtQ Reliance Application and Infinity Proficient
• Lead implementation of EtQ Reliance Application and Infinity Proficient at other Refresco locations as needed
• Additional functions and requirements may be assigned by manager as deemed appropriate
  Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in the implementation and maintenance of Electronic QMS Software Systems
  • Working knowledge quality management system such as EtQ Reliance Application and Infinity Proficient Required Skills and Competencies:
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems, results-oriented
    • Organized and detail-oriented, adaptable to change Working Conditions:
      • Physical Demands- Continuously standing or walking. Regular requirements to lift/handle/carry material or equipment of moderate weight.
      • Visual/Sensory - This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
      • Work environment - Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.
