As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure implementation and training of all Kaizen Plus and Lean philosophies.Maximize manufacturing efficiency and through put time.Organize and optimize process flow and human resources.Optimize production planning and material flow.Continuous improvement in quality and cost.Establish and ensure compliance with Schaeffler policies and strategic directions.Continuously benchmark and track progress of improvements.Develop and implement Kaizen Plus in administrative and shared service areas.Your QualificationsMinimum Qualificationsleadership experiencePreferred QualificationsBS in Engineering ( Industrial / Mechanical) and minimum of five years of manufacturing experience.Hands on Manufacturing experience, Time study knowledge, Lean Manufacturing Techniques (Value Stream Mapping, 5 -s, TPM, Logistic concepts, Kanban system) & Kaizen philosophy, Bottleneck theory, Business Process analysis, Schaeffler Package Software & AutoCAD, statistical concepts & knowledge of the current quality specifications.Strong Communication skills both verbal and written, experience in training and group facilitation.Team oriented, persistent and "driven" motivator, proactive, goal orientated.BenefitsNew Hire bonus $1500 paid out in stepsYou can find all our benefit information Schaeffler BenefitsAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
