As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously applies lean methods of the Schaeffler Production System (SPS) to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned, e.g. a production segment.Support the application of lean management standards within the SPS.Deploy and train all lean management methods and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SPS and share best practices.Plan and facilitate workshops and summarize the results achieved.Report the review status of the SPS implementation status in the own unit.Your QualificationsMinimum QualificationsExperience in Kaizen Program, time study, bottleneck theory and lean manufacturing techniques, preferredTraining and experience with six-sigma problem solving, preferred Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree (Engineering or Business Management preferred) or equivalent experienceMOVE (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing.
