Job Description Job Description Job Title: PM Technician / Cleaner Job Description We are seeking a dedicated PM Technician for the 3rd shift with a growth pathway into becoming a Maintenance Technician. Initially, you will be responsible for preventative and cleaning tasks on equipment during non-production hours. This role involves preparing units for the next day's production. You will work with various equipment including spray booths, ovens, and conveyors, requiring deep cleaning and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning tasks on equipment. Prepare units for the next day's production during non-production hours. Maintain and clean equipment such as spray booths, ovens, guards, and conveyors. Deep clean ovens and replace paper/tape on painting equipment. Complete a nightly list of 10-15 tasks. Understand and apply basic electrical knowledge, including LOTO. Work overtime and assist in other areas as needed. Operate in a detail-oriented and logical manner. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude with ability to use hand and power tools. Electrical foundation with understanding of LOTO and 480v safety. Physically able to team lift up to 200 pounds. Comfortable with the smell of solvents, paint, and cleaning supplies. Capability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a regimented FDA facility is beneficial. Ability to work autonomously with self-motivation and accountability. Why Work Here? Work Environment T his role operates on the 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 9pm to 5:30am, with a $2/hr shift premium for off-shift hours. The work environment can get hot during summer, reaching up to 105&degree;F, and involves physical and meticulous tasks. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided and required for specific tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goshen, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.95 - $21.95/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
