Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do

to provide essential support within educational settings. This
position involves working in schools located in Rogers, AR, with an
exciting travel component to serve multiple locations, offering
variety and the chance to impact diverse student populations. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments, develop
individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students
with communication disorders Collaborate with educators, parents,
and other professionals to create and implement effective
intervention strategies Maintain detailed documentation and
progress reports in compliance with school policies and state
regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to the
development of inclusive communication programs Adapt therapy
approaches to accommodate various ages and educational settings
while ensuring positive student outcomes Qualifications and
Experience: Valid state licensure and certification as a
Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with pediatric
populations in school environments highly preferred Strong
knowledge of speech and language development, disorders, and
evidence-based therapy techniques Excellent communication,
organizational, and interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to
travel between multiple schools as needed Location:Rogers,
